The soil remediation system shall not be operated unless the combustion chamber is at or above the ininirnura <br /> operating temperature. The system shall automatically terminate operation if the temperature drops below the <br /> rninirnum operating temperature. [District NSR Rule] <br /> 3. Both the thermal and catalytic oxidizers shall be equipped with operational temperature gauges to indicate the <br /> temperature of the combustion chambers. A continuously recording device shall be utilized to indicate the <br /> combustion Chamber tcrWerature during operation.
