On October 10 <br /> stated that the CAP was incomplete and an addendum was required that proposed <br /> groundwater remedial alternatives in <br /> tllclon hed�lethe <br /> for all"soil <br /> soonly" <br /> ndalternatives <br /> dwater�remedial <br /> in <br /> the CAP. A cost breakdown and a <br /> activities was to be included in the addendum. <br /> The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Clean Up Fund (CUF) consulted <br /> with PHS-EHD during March 1998 and was informed that the required CAP Addendum <br /> had not been received. As a result, on April 1, 1998, the SWRCB-CUF notified you that <br /> you were not in compliance with directives issued <br /> the CAP addeDndumninety as requoed byletter <br /> was generated to TOC for the failure to provide <br /> PHS-EHD. TOC was advised that this site would be removed from the Priority List if <br /> they were not in compliance with PHS-EHD directives by the end of the ninety day <br /> period. <br /> On June 22, 1998 PHS-EHD received the "Supplement to Work Plan for Corrective <br /> Action" that was requested in October, 1997 This supplement <br /> was not approved and TOC was <br /> not contain the items required by PHS-EHD. The CAP <br /> still not in compliance with PHS-EHD directives. <br /> In correspondence dated July 17, 1998, San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-E thD) directed you to addresses and eval/nates /two d <br /> groundwater Corrective Action Plan that <br /> alternatives for restoring and protecting the emet and TOC ficial uses ofis e groundwaterill ' <br /> by August 21 , 1998.
