PUBLIC NOTICE RE u"EIVE D <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING «� <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN ENVIRANMENTAi, MEATH <br /> PERMIT/bERVICES <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Corrective Action Plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located <br /> at 7647 Pacific Avenue, in the City of Stockton (APN 077-480-14) , <br /> on the southwest corner of Pacific Avenue, and Rivara Road, has <br /> been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) . The plan is a proposal <br /> for mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the <br /> site due to an unauthorized release associated with underground <br /> storage tanks (UGT) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UGT Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with Local , State <br /> and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will <br /> not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed <br /> the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The Corrective Action Plan is available for public review at the <br /> Margaret Klausner Troke Public Library, 502 W. Benjamin Holt <br /> Drive, Stockton, and at PHS-EHD, 304 E . Weber Street, Stockton, <br /> California, during normal working hours, 8 : 00 a .m. - 5 : 00 p.m. <br /> If a written request by any member of the public for a public <br /> hearing is not received by PHS-EHD by July 13, 1995, the <br /> tentative decision shall become final on that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to PHS- <br /> EHD at P.O. Box 388 , Stockton, 95201 .
