No report has been received for the fourth
quarter ending December 31, 1991 .
A quarterly report for the first quarter of 1992 for the period
ending March 31, 1992 is now due and must be received prior to
any approval of additional workplans .
The placement and construction of additional groundwater
monitoring wells is based on data received from previous
investigation(s) and groundwater depths and gradients included in
quarterly reports. Without such data, proposals for pending
investigations cannot reflect adaptations that may be needed to
adapt to changing subsurface conditions.
PHS/EHD utilizes "Regional Board Staff Recommendations for
Initial Evaluation and Investigation of Underground Tanks" and
again recommends you utilize that format for submittals and
reports .
Please include in your report any manifest or documentation for
soils and monitoring well water removed from the site already and
continue to include this information as reports and workplans are
submitted.
A survey of wells within 2000 feet of the site shall be initiated
and sampling results of the closest wells shall be submitted in
your next report.
A Division of fan Joaquin Counry Health Gare 5ernces
