Additional measurements for gradient determination <br /> and sampling of the existing wells should be done to determine <br /> placement of additional monitoring wells. <br /> Pursuant to Section 2652 (d) of the Underground Storage Tank <br /> Regulations (California Code of Regulations, Title 23 , Subchapter <br /> 16) a quarterly monitoring report shall be submitted to Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division and Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) until the <br /> investigation and cleanup of the site is deemed adequate. The <br /> first quarterly report should be submitted by January 10, 1992 . <br /> The report is to show the: <br /> -status of investigation and cleanup activities including <br /> the results of all investigations completed to date; <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of investigation; <br /> -method of cleanup proposed or implemented, schedules for <br /> the completion of the investigation of the site and <br /> remediation; <br /> -method and location of disposal of the released <br /> hazardous substance and any contaminated soil, <br /> groundwater or surface water; <br /> -manifest required for transport of hazardous <br /> substances; <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Hcalth Carr Services q� <br />
