Mike Infurna [EH]
From: Shook, Laura [Laura.Shook@stantec.com]
Sent: Thursday, November 11, 2010 9:57 AM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: RE: Site MFR - 7647 Pacific Avenue, Stockton
Good morning Mike.
I received a tentative schedule update from the architect, Dan Torres, for the redevelopment activities in Stockton.
Mr. Torres indicated that if they stay on schedule, they anticipate having construction completed in February
2011. Pending completion of the redevelopment activities, we will proceed with the environmental work that was
proposed in our work pian, with the conditions you requested (new wells will be 2-inch, and if any obstructions are
noted in the restored wells, they will be destroyed with your permit and inspection). We will make sure to start
planning and permitting well in advance to give you ample time to process the permits.
We had originally planned to install the offsite well during the well destruction/protection mobilization. but because
that schedule got accelerated, we couldn't get the encroachment permit in time. It would now be most cost
effective to install this well with the next mobilization after redevelopment is complete. If you prefer, we can install
this offsite well sooner, since it is not dependent on the redevelopment. If you would like us to install it sooner,
please let me know and we will get it done.
Thanks,
Laura Shook
Geologic Associate
Stantec
Ph: (916)384-0759
Fx: (916)861-0430
Cell: (916)296-1327
Laura.Shook@stantec.com
stantec.com
The content of this email is the confidential property of Stantec and should not be copied, modified, retransmitted,or used for
any purpose except with Stantec's written authorization.
