I am copying Adrienne and Nuel on this email because they have been <br /> helping us with the project at 7647 Pacific, Stockton while you were out, and may want to stay involved until you <br /> return. <br /> We asked Adrienne and Nuel to approve the IRAP so we could get started with interim GWE, and they graciously <br /> expedited the approval. Less than a week after we received the approval letter, and just as we were getting ready to <br /> begin interim GWE, we had another change in plans from the owner. Best California Gas is now asking that we have <br /> the site ready for redevelopment(wells destroyed/protected) by October 25. We discussed this with Adrienne and <br /> Nuel, and Nuel requested that we submit a new path forward. We have reformulated a plan to accommodate the new <br /> redevelopment schedule, and uploaded a work plan addendum to GeoTracker for your review. Please let me know <br /> when you have had a chance to review it. <br /> We have no intent of rushing you or trying to determine your schedule. If we are to meet this new redevelopment <br /> schedule and your agency's notification requirements,we will need to have a permit approved by October 4 in order to <br /> begin well destructions/protections by October 11. We will submit the permit application as soon as we have your <br /> approval of a new proposed plan. <br /> Welcome back!
