I'm leaning towards still <br /> directing TOC in my letters since COP cannot be 'attached' as an RP... <br /> my questions: <br /> Is COP planning on 'taking over' the CUF claim? <br /> Is COP planning on taking 'responsible party' status for this site? if so, how? <br /> Does the access agreement, or any other agreement/MOU between TOC & COP <br /> include any mention that TOC is NO LONGER responsible for ANY UST <br /> invest/remed? (pretty sure I can NOT release TOC anyway as a RP). <br /> I have the SWRCB legal folks looking into the EHD's ability/authority in directing <br /> COP on anything for this site. It shouldn't <br /> take all day for the remediation evaluation on the 16th, but once that is done the O&M tech can <br /> help with the sampling. We like to have two staff onsite at all times on this site. We will go <br /> ahead with second and fourth quarter for 2010, thanks. <br /> 4/8/2010 <br />
