Best Gas' application and claim # 13547 was REJECTED when the <br /> TOC claim was accepted. Currently only ONE claim is active for this site, TOC <br /> #172. <br /> Per 'Jenny' at the CUF, (916) 341-5722 there are NO transfer documents on file or <br /> pending for claim #002156 that would provide documentation that TOC is <br /> transferring the claim or that the claimant is now/or will be COP. Jennie referred me <br /> to Barbara Rinker at (916) 341-5724 to verify 'big oil' transfer docs pending or <br /> approved with the CUF. I left her a message to call me. I have no problems with you <br /> calling Barbara to obtain the information you seek. <br /> Based on this information, the EHD will deal with TOC for the lack of groundwater <br /> sampling and EDF, GEO_Well submittals to Geotracker.
