Station #338, Located at <br /> 2600 Hamner Avenue, Norco Ca. <br /> Dear Mr. Bretsch: <br /> During the course of our recent conversation, Thrifty Oil Co. and <br /> Ken Bretsch owner of the property located at 2610 Hamner Avenue, <br /> Norco, Ca. have reached agreements on the following points: <br /> 1. Ken Bretsch owner of Kens Sporting Goods, hereby grants <br /> Thrifty Oil Co. permission to enter the property located <br /> 2610 Hamner Avenue, Norco, Ca. to drill 1 well as <br /> required by the Riverside County Department of <br /> Environmental Health (RCDEH) and to conduct such <br /> investigations and perform such sampling as may from time <br /> to time be required by the RCDEH. <br /> 2 .
