Station #172 <br /> 7647 Pacific Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95207 <br /> 1st Quarter 1999, Status Report <br /> Dear Mr Infurna <br /> ' Presented herein is the 1st Quarterly 1999 Monitoring Report prepared for the above mentioned <br /> service station (Figure 1) Presented in this report are the results of the site monitoring efforts <br /> conducted during the 1 st Quarter 1999 Thrifty Oil Co has retained Earth Management Co (EMC) <br /> ' to conduct quarterly monitoring and sampling activities at this site The data is reported by Thnfly's <br /> in-house environmental staff <br /> ' GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> ' Depth to groundwater is measured in each monitoring well on a quarterly basis Gauging data <br /> obtained from June 1991 through February 1999 is presented in Table 1 and the Field Status Reports <br /> are presented in Appendix B This report covers the period from January through March 1999 In <br />' general, groundwater occurs under water table conditions beneath the station at depths ranging from <br /> 27 00 feet below surface grade (bsg) in monitoring well MW-5 to 34 20 feet bsg in monitoring well <br />' MW-9 A groundwater elevation contour map based upon February 18, 1999 data is presented as <br /> Figure 2 Groundwater flow direction is variable beneath the site, large fluctuations in water table <br /> elevation have occurred historically at the site, and may contribute to the variability in flow <br />' direction <br /> Free product has not historically been present at this site <br /> 13539 E Foster Rd, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670-0138•(562)923-9876 <br />
