Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to store manager who stated that last year a customer made the same claim.When they investigated claim, they <br /> noticed that mackerel and tilapia fish have a natural transparent skin layer that people are able to peel off. <br /> Observation:At fish cleaning station an employee took 2 mackerels, cut them in half and peeled off the outer skin. The skin <br /> looks like clear plastic wrap. <br /> NOTE: Noticed that BBQ activity is still taking place outside at the front of the market. Due to COVID-19 this activity is not <br /> allowed.
