BEFORE MANAGER COULD ANSWER,A COOK ALLEGEDLY INTERRUPTED AND <br /> SAID THAT THE EMPLOYEE NEEDED TO STAY AND HELP IN THE KITCHEN. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE <br /> EMPLOYEE APPEARED TO HAVE COVID SYMPTOMS SUCH AS A RESPIRATORY PROBLEM. COMPLAINANT IS <br /> CONCERNED ABOUT THIS PERSON INFECTING OTHER PEOPLE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Went to the facility and spoke with the general manager. I informed the manager about the complaint regarding an employee <br /> asking to go home because he felt sick. Complainant alleges that the cooked interrupted and told the employee that he could <br /> not go home because he needed to help in the kitchen. The employee claimed he had a soar throat. Per supervisor the <br /> employee did not home. They checked the employees temperature and it was normal.The employee was wearing face <br /> coverings as required in the facility by employees and customers.The employee worked the next day too.
