COMPLAINANT <br /> SPOKE TO MANAGER AND MANAGER OFFERED A REFUND BUT COMPLAINANT FEELS NOTHING WILL BE DONE <br /> ABOUT IT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Saw dead roaches at several locations.All evidence shall be removed immediately. Keep traps for pest <br /> control service. Continue pest control so that facility is pest free. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Waitress area were dirty dishes are placed is dirty(bottom of shelves), light covers at hall have dead <br /> roaches,floor area just outside of dry storage room is not clean, hard to reach surfaces under 2 comp sink has residue, and <br /> interior of cabinets at waitress station have dead roaches(two locations).Any unsanitary surface shall be detailed cleaned <br /> immediately and as needed. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. Manager stated that last month restaurant was closed for one <br /> day and fumigated. Clark pest control currently comes in every 2 weeks and provides service. Last visits this month were <br /> 01/17/20 and 01/02/20 <br /> Observations: Saw some dead roaches inside cabinets at waitress area and dead ones on two sticky traps on kitchen shelve <br /> and dry storage floor.
