This report will include: <br /> • photodocumentation of the sampling events; <br /> • revised sampling location maps; <br /> • laboratory analytical data reports; <br /> • Chain-of-Custody documentation; <br /> • a detailed narrative of sample collection; <br /> • any deviations from the sampling plan, with justification; <br /> • comparisons of sample results to applicable regulatory standards; <br /> • delineation of areas in exceedance of applicable regulatory standards; and <br /> • recommendations for further work, as required. <br /> A final report will be submitted to the owner/representative(s) within 2 <br /> weeks of receipt of comments on the draft report. <br /> PSI Soil Sampling Plan Page 5 <br /> SR99/Jack Tone Road Interchange Project <br />
