LICENSE AND/OR PERMIT BOND <br /> Bond No. ASB-510501 <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> THAT: Environmental Resolutions, Inc. (hereinafter called the Principal) and American Safety <br /> Casualty Insurance Company, an Insurance Company of the State of Oklahoma. (hereinafter <br /> called the Surety) are held and firmly bound unto San Joaquin County, Department of Public <br /> Works (hereinafter called the Obligee) in the sum of Four Thousand and 00/100 Dollars <br /> ($4,000.00) to the payment of which sum the said Principal and Surety bind themselves and <br /> their heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and assigns, jointly and severally, under the <br /> terms stated below. In consideration thereof, the Principal is granted a License and/or Permit <br /> by the Obligee to engage in the business of Project No. 269403.T5, Installation of Groundwater <br /> Monitoring Wells at Former Mobil Service Station 99ACA for the period beginning on the <br /> 15 day of December, 2009, and ending on the 15th day of December, 2010. <br /> Therefore, the condition of this bond is that, if said Principal shall comply with all of the <br /> conditions of the ordinances and regulations of Obligee pertaining to said License, and shall <br /> indemnify and save harmless the Obligee from all damages which the Obligee shall sustain by <br /> reason of the failure of said Principal to comply with all of the conditions of said ordinances and <br /> regulations, then this obligation shall be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force and <br /> effect, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. This obligation may be extended from year to year at the option of Surety, by <br /> Continuation Certificate executed by Surety. <br /> 2. This obligation may be canceled by the Surety upon giving thirty (30) days written <br /> notice to the Obligee.
