The domestic well should be destroyed <br /> due to its proximity to the contamination. A new well must be installed according to <br /> the Land Use Program staff specifications. . <br /> A water sample from the domestic well was collected by AGE on October 26, 1999. <br /> The analytical results of the water sample (faxed to PHS/EHD on November 8, 1999) <br /> were non-detected for TPH-g,..MTBE, and BTEX. <br /> Meeting Summary <br /> A meeting was held on November 8, 1999 at the office of the PHS/EHD building. In <br /> attendance were you, Bob Marty from AGE, and Jeffrey Wong and Adrienne <br /> Ellsaesser of PHS/EHD. <br /> PHS/EHD agreed that the-domestic well does not have to be destroyed and a new well <br /> installed before issuing land use permits under the condition that the monitoring wells <br /> �. and domestic wells be sampled and analyzed on a quarterly basis and the quarterly <br /> reports submitted to PHS/EHD.
