The lender of his ?$ <br /> SBA fielding required soil contamination tests, so I had it duly carried out. <br /> The contamination level of the soil lias been found to be negligible, however, the level of <br /> contamination of ground water samples taken from the site, although.minimal, do require <br /> remediation. The estimate provided by Advanced Geo-environmental, Inc. is in the vicinity of t� <br /> $40,000 to $50,000. In addition, they have also submitted a bill for $18,000.00_for construction <br /> �r <br /> work to obtain the samples. A copy of their Prelirninary Investigation and Evaluation Report is <br /> attached for}four information. <br /> The problem I am confronted with is that.the state's UST cleanup fund will only <br /> reimburse clears up casts to the party in the chain ofownership that had actual custody of the `4 <br /> USTs.
