INTRODUCTION <br />' In accordance with the request of Mr Veer Singh of former Pacific Auto Center, Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental,Inc (AGE)has prepared this Quarterly Report for the property located at 25355 <br /> N Highway 99,Acampo,California The scope of work included quarterly groundwater monitoring <br />' and preparation of this report The location of the site and the immediately surrounding area are <br /> illustrated on Figure 1, structures and monitoring well locations on the site are illustrated on <br /> Figure 2 Background information is summarized in the AGE-prepared Preliminary Site Assessment <br />' Report, dated 07 April 1999 <br />' 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> Ground water monitoring was performed on 13 September 2000 Field work was performed in <br />' accordance with the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division <br /> and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) guidelines for the <br /> investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites <br /> 2 1 MONITORING WELL PURGE PROCEDURES <br /> On 13 September 2000 a Solinst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water <br /> p � <br /> p <br /> in the three wells relative to the tops of the well casings The ground water elevations and gradient <br /> were determined from this data (Table 1) <br /> I After recording water level measurements, a two-stage submersible pump was used to purge each <br /> monitoring well of standing water Approximately 4 to 8 gallons of water were removed from each <br /> well(approximately 3 casing water volumes) Ground water temperature,pH and conductivity were <br /> I measured at regular intervals during the purge process using a Hydac water analyzer Field data <br /> sheets are included in Appendix A Purged water was stored on site in labeled, 55-gallon <br /> - DOT-approved drums - - <br /> A water sample was also collected from the domestic well on-site Since no sampling port is present <br /> at the well head, a sample was collected from the holding tank <br /> I <br /> 22 COLLECTION AND LABORATORY ANALYSIS OF GROUND WATER SAMPLES <br /> IWater samples were collected from each purged well using new disposable plastic bailers Each <br /> iwater sample was transferred into laboratory-supplied 40-m1 VOA vials containing 0 5 ml 18% <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
