The monitoring well <br /> will have a 2"diameter and a maximum depth of approximately 65' below ground surface. Installation of monitoring well <br /> shall in no way impede public traffic. Abandonment and destruction of water well within the State Highway right of way <br /> must be handled with requirements established by statute and by agreement with the Department of Water Resources. <br /> Sections 13700 to 13806 of the California Water Code. Permittee should furnish a copy of collected survey data to <br /> Caltrans without charge(if requested). <br /> In accordance with General Provision No. 6, TWO WORKING DAYS PRIOR to the start of this work, permittee shall <br /> notify the State representative MARCEL DE LA CRUZ, P.O. Box 2048 Stockton, CA 95201, (209) 948-3656.
