t Q CHRONOLOGY THE AUTO FACTORY 5942 N. HIGHWAY 99 E. FRONTAGE ROAD STOCKTON, CA 95212 10/19/99 An environmental site assessment was performed this date. The work was conducted pending construction on the freeway interchange. Three soil borings were installed in the former tank pit, one extended to 60 feet below surface grade (bsg) to collect a grab groundwater sample. One boring, ECG-3 had detections of soil contamination. The water sample from ECG-2 had 173 ppb TPHd. See Espana Geotechnical Consulting report dated November 17, 1999. 01/21/00 An Unauthorized Release Report #00-U04 and a Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge #00-012 were filed on this date. 01/31/00 A Notice of Responsibility and an Environmental Health Department letter about the Local Oversight Program were sent to the property owners, Dick & Belinda Mar, on this date. 06/26/00 Groundwater monitoring well MW-1 (screened from 49 to 69 feet) was installed on this date. The well was developed and sampled on July 3, 2000; analytical results were non-detect for all constituents analyzed. See Advanced GeoEnviron mental Inc. "Preliminary Site Assessment Report— September 2000", dated October 2, 2000. 08/31/07 A site visit was made this date to sample the monitoring well again, but the water table had dropped and the well was dry. 08/14/08 This is the date of the most recent sampling of the onsite domestic well. The well is sampled quarterly as part of the investigation of former ARCO Station #595 located across the street at 6100 N. Highway 99. Analytical results were reported as non-detect. 12/19/08 The site was evaluated for possible closure; site data was compared with the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board Environmental Screening Levels.
