(AGE)has prepared the enclosed Phase II Site <br /> Assessment Report for the property at 3978 South Highway 99, APN 179-171-03, in Stockton, <br /> California. The location of the site is illustrated on Figure 1. A plan of the site is illustrated on <br /> Figure 2. <br /> INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND <br /> The subject property is located in the southeastern portion of the City of Stockton, San Joaquin <br /> County,on the northeast corner of South Highway 99 and Clark Drive. Land use of the surrounding <br /> properties is both residential and commercial. The subject site is the location of a former Texaco <br /> Service Station which operated from approximately 1957 to 1973. At least three USTs and two <br /> dispenser islands were formerly located on the site. <br /> The purpose of the investigation was to test for the presence or absence of suspected contaminants <br /> in the areas of identified potential concern, which included releases of petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> related to former dispenser islands and underground storage tanks (USTs) located at the site. The <br /> scope of work included advancement of four probe borings to collect soil samples for laboratory <br /> analysis. <br /> DR;LLEN!3 AN`I) SAMPLE COLLECTION <br /> On-"6 Marc 111002, four soil probe borings(P-1 through P-4)were advanced at the site as part of the <br /> assessment activities.The fieldwork was conducted as outlined in the AGE-prepared,Phase II Site <br /> 837 Shaw Road,Stockton,California 95215 <br /> Telephone (209)467-1006 FAX(209) 467-1118 <br />
