(AGE) conducted an environmental <br /> investigation of the former underground storage tank system location at the above <br /> referenced site on your behalf. Soil contaminated with petroleum hydrocarbons was <br /> documented in a report dated May,6, 2002. <br /> 1 <br /> In correspondence dated June 28, 2002 San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (SJC/EHD) made notification that you were a responsible party and directed <br /> you to submit a work plan to continue the investigation of the vertical and lateral extent of <br /> the contamination at this site. The work plan was due for submittal no later than <br /> August 15, 2002. . <br /> i <br /> On August 14, 2002 you requested, and were granted, a 60-day extension for the <br /> submittal of the work plan, changing the due date to October 14, 2002. This office has not <br /> received the requested work plan. <br /> You are again directed to submit a work plan to continue the investigation of this site. The <br /> work plan must include the collection and analysis of groundwater samples.
