SBmPft Based on the site observations and previous site inspectiom a sampling plan was dcAsed to assess possible contunh stion from chemicals commonly used int the manufae turbig of C Methamphebamine. Suspect areas sampled include: the kitchen counters and hard fliers. The entire dvmlling was visually inspected fbr any signs of staring or odors_ No un mal stairwg or odors WM observed in the dwcllutg or garage with the exception o F the � kitcbm The dwelling is on a septic system, however at your request this system was excluded from the current scope of work. Surface wipe samples collected front the axes mast likely to be used for illicit drug manufacturing.The samples were analyze l for the pre=tce of Methemphetarntinae and its precursors. See attached laboratory docuAnerMion for the EPA analytical procedures used. All sample locations were selected bused on professional Yudgmerrt, which was band on the reported usage of the areas,visual observations and visible surface staining. • All wipe samples were taken with a 12 inch by 12 itwh sterile "ghost wipe".
