Patton Ave ROM 1556
Stockton, CA. 95215 PR#: 0522351
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) Local Agency
Groundwater Protection/Underground Injection Control (UIC) Program staff has
reviewed Limited Site Assessment Report (Septic Tank Area) dated September 1, 2004
as submitted by Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc (AGE) on July 7, 2005 and has the
following comments.
Soil sample analytical results indicate that no petroleum contaminants of concern were
detected in the fourteen (14) soil borings collected from under the septic system
previously impacted by the clandestine drug lab located at the above referenced site.
EHD has concluded that the investigation has adequately identified that the
contamination in the septic tank has not migrated to the soil and there is not a threat to
the ground water. No further investigation is required at this time.
Prior to providing a closure letter to indicate that this site is closed on the EHD
underground injection control contaminated database, the account balance for oversight
and review charges must be paid in full. Enclosed please find your final bill. Once this
balance has been paid, EHD will issue the official 'no further action required' letter, notify
the USEPA that the site has conducted an adequate investigation, and update the
database to show the site as 'closed'.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this investigation. Please contact
Michael Infurna, Senior REHS, at 468-3454, if you have any questions regarding this
matter.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health De artment
Michael J.
