SOME COOKS DO NOT HAVE FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATES." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Owner is not on site. Per Manager, he is not aware of the complaint. <br /> Upon arrival, I discussed the complaint with the Manager.We went outside to the rear of the facility I observed an employee <br /> unplug a yellow electrical cord from the Bounder RV.The electrical cord is plugged into an outlet on the east side of the <br /> property. I informed the Manager that the RV needs to be parked at an RV park with proper hook-ups. Manager stated that <br /> the RV is temporarily occupied by someone from the nearby SJ River Club.This portion of the complaint will be referred to the <br /> SJCEHD Housing Unit. Photos taken. <br /> The septic tank openings are covered by metal plates on top of concrete. Upon arrival, the septic tank openings are mostly <br /> covered. Metal plates are not completely flush with the concrete and create gaps.At the advice of Jeff Wong, Lead Senior of <br /> SJCEHD, Unit 2, a notice to abate was written.
