Contact pest control. Facility shall be pest free. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br /> OBSERVATIONS:There are food boxes on walk in floors.All food shall be stored 6 inches from floor. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br /> above the floor on approved shelving. Clean the following by 2 weeks and as needed: <br /> 1. Old "kick ass burger"area-they left several weeks ago <br /> 2.All wood and metal cabinets at retail and in kitchen. Clean interior and exterior surfaces. Do not forget to clean inter door <br /> niche inside metal cabinets. <br /> 3. Counter tops at retail and kitchen <br /> 4. Interior and exterior of all coolers and freezers <br /> 5. Floor sinks at retail and at ware washing (all of them) <br /> 6. Rest room door <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean.
