Top <br /> of dishwasher has debris.Wire shelves inside the 2 door cooler at yogurt prep have residue. Clean all unsanitary surfaces, <br /> immediately. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115(c)) <br /> #45 Floors,Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Ceiling panels and walls at ware washing are dirty. Clean all unsanitary panels and walls by 2 weeks. <br /> Several ceiling panels were replaced with absorbent type. Kitchen/ware washing/dry storage areas shall have vinyl coated <br /> panels. Replace, immediately. <br /> New floors at yogurt area have rubber coving. Remove rubber and install ceramic coved base tiles by 3 months. Base shall <br /> have 3/8 inch radius and extend at least 4 inches to wall. <br /> Ceiling in mop basin room was repaired and now is absorbent. Sand surface(to make it smooth)and paint by 2 weeks with <br /> semi gloss paint. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
