Mens rest room has rubber base. Install slim foot ceramic <br /> base in this rest room by 2 weeks. Rest room hall in ladies rest room also lacks base. Provide ceramic base by 2 weeks. <br /> Rubber base is not allowed. <br /> NOTE: Ladies rest room base is currently not up to code(work is mostly completed ). If rest rooms are remodeled in the <br /> future, base shall be up to code. <br /> Several kitchen ceiling tiles are absorbent.Tiles shall be vinyl coated. Replace absorbent ones by 2 weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
