AMENDMENT 5 TO ACCESS AGREEMENT <br /> BY AND BETWEEN <br /> UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA <br /> AND <br /> ROBINIIOOD PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER,LLC <br /> It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto,that the terms and conditions of the July 5, <br /> 2004,"Access Agreement"("Agreement")by and between Robinhood Plaza Shopping Center, <br /> LLC("Robinhood Plaza"or"Permittor"),corporate successor to Stone Brothers and Associates, <br /> and Union Oil Company of California ("Unocal"or"Permittee")are amended as follows: <br /> 1.
