kl,t,t) 15 R <br /> 6tikv- 52-32,5 <br /> � �- <br /> AMENDMENT 3 TO ACCESS AGREEMENT Io25l0 <br /> BY AND BETWEEN <br /> UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA <br /> AND <br /> STONE BROTHERS AND ASSOCIATES <br /> It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto, that the terms and conditions of the July <br /> 5,2004,"Access Agreement" ("Agreement")by and between Stone Brothers and <br /> Associates("Stone Brothers"or"Permittor")and Union Oil Company of California <br /> ("Unocal"or"Permittee") are amended as follows: <br /> 1. Commencement. Duration and Termination—This Agreement shall terminate <br /> when the applicable governmental authority has authorized permanent closure <br /> or removal of the monitoring and remedial facilities installed as part of the <br /> Permitted Activities and the Property has been restored by Unocal to <br /> substantially the same condition as that which existed prior to Unocal's <br /> performance of Permitted Activities and/or the installation of Unocal's <br /> remedial facilities,or 12 months after the effective date of Amendment 3 to <br /> Access Agreement, whichever first occurs. Termination of the Agreement <br /> shall not affect Unocal's obligation to restore the Property to substantially the <br /> same condition as that which existed prior to Unocal's initials entry upon the <br /> Property. <br /> 2. Notices—Any notice or submittal required or permitted hereunder shall be in <br /> writing and delivered by mail or sent by facsimile to the respective addresses <br /> or facsimile numbers set forth below, or to such other place as Unocal and <br /> Stone Brothers may from time to time designate by notice to the other. <br /> If to Stone Brothers: R.
