The completed well head shall be covered with a meter box or <br /> box as approved by the Of Stockton. The top of the <br /> boxvshall be flush with the surrounding T <br /> ounding ground or pavement. <br /> 8 . The provisions of the State of California, Department of Water <br /> Resources Bulletin 74-81 entitled "Water Well Standards: State <br /> of California" shall be applicable to this permit. <br /> 9 . All drilling locations, methods, and well design are to be <br /> approved by the California Department of Health Services and <br /> the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> 10 . Drilling operations that create loud noise shall be confined <br /> between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. <br /> 11. Portable mud tanks are to be used. <br /> 12 . Disposal of water from the well development shall be in <br /> accordance with current federal regulations. <br /> 13 . Blocking or barricading City streets shall be subject to the <br /> approval of the City Traffic Department. Traffic cones and <br /> warning signs shall be used to direct traffic. <br /> 14 .
