The Revisions of Approved Actions was <br /> to increase the number of people permitted at Marketing Events from 150 to 300 and to allow outdoor amplified music at <br /> events. Access to the site is provided from State Route 12 and Ray Road. These parcels are not under a Williamson Act <br /> contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the west side of Ray Road, 360 feet south of State Route 12, Lodi. <br /> (APN/Address: 055-160-29, 41, -50, &-51/14647 North Ray Road, Lodi)(Supervisorial District: 4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This project as described is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3), and a Notice of Exemption will be filed if the project is approved. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on this project must be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department no later than May 7, 2020. Recommendations and/or comments received after that date may <br /> not be considered in staffs analysis and/or recommendation to the San Joaquin County Planning Commission for this <br /> application. <br /> NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: This project will be scheduled for a San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission hearing.
