Y BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 4564 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 9-105.6 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY BY RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF EAST STATE ROUTE 12, 1,000 FEET WEST OF NORTH LOCUST TREE ROAD,IN VICTOR ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT"A". The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin ordains as follows: SECTION 1. The Zoning Map of the County of San Joaquin, as amended, is hereby further amended by reclassifying property from AG-40 (General Agriculture with a 40-acre minimum parcel size) to R-R (Rural Residential), as shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance. SECTION 2. The Community Development Director shall revise the Zoning Map of the County of San Joaquin in accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be published once (1) in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against the same.
