The winery and wine <br /> tasting room will operate seven (7) days a week, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. with an average of 250 visitors per day. <br /> The site will utilize a private well and septic system, and onsite stormwater drainage. Proposed events are as follows: ten (10)annual Marketing Events with 300 maximum attendees, 365 <br /> annual Small-Scale Accessory Wine Events with eighty(80) maximum attendees, ten (10) annual Large Scale Accessory <br /> Wine Events with 250 maximum attendees, and four(4) annual Wine Release Events with 300 maximum attendees. All <br /> events will be held between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Outdoor amplified sound is proposed for applicable events.
