Environmental Health Department has received and approved surface and subsurface <br /> contamination report, dated December 2019, (SR0081511), prepared pursuant to San <br /> Joaquin County Developmental Title, Section 9-905.12(a) by Live Oak GeoEnvironmental <br /> consultants. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> B. Environmental Health Department has received and approved soil suitability/nitrate loading <br /> study, dated April 3, 2020, (SR0081993), prepared pursuant to (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d) by Live Oak GeoEnvironmental consultants. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905-2(d)). <br /> C. The existing private water well located on home-site parcel have been tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates. Samples were taken by Live Oak <br /> GeoEnvironmental consultants and analyzed by FGL State-approved laboratory (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. The designated remainder parcel is non-buildable for living structures until the <br /> Environmental Health Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability and Nitrate <br /> Loading Study showing the remainder parcel is suitable for septic system usage including a <br /> percolation test (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.11(b)). <br /> 1868 E.
