Cotulla, of the Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division,
San Joaquin County, California.
Although addressed to me, it seems more appropriate that these comments be
addressed to Montgomery Ward and Environmental Audit. Suggestions contained
herein should be implemented by Montgomery Ward. It is also Stone Bros.
position that items number 3 and 4 of the second paragraph of PHS/EHD's
correspondence dated June 11, 1991 be fully complied with, i.e., the concrete slab
and all product piping be removed. It appears, in the long run, this would be
the most economically feasible solution.
Yours very truly,
Theodore I. Wittmayer
\am
Enclosure
cc: Ms. Laurie A.
