Total lead samples that <br /> equal or exceed 13 ppm shall be analyzed for soluble lead per EPA <br /> Method 7421 or AA 6010. Sampling shall commence at 15 feet bgs <br /> and continue at every five foot interval to total depth. <br /> Contaminated soils proposed to be left in place at any location <br /> on site shall be evaluated to ensure that they pose no threat to <br /> groundwater beneath the site.
