(by April 7, 1992) <br /> -submit to PHS/EHD a report based on research on <br /> construction data, the whereabouts and status of MW3 and <br /> MW9. (by May 7, 1992) <br /> -submit a "Preliminary Assessment Report" to PHS/EHD within <br /> sixty (60) days of issue of the permit to install the <br /> additional monitoring wells. <br /> -reestablish submittals of quarterly monitoring reports for <br /> all wells on site and include the offsite well, MW6. <br /> Stone Brothers will: <br /> -provide access to site to Unocal or it's representatives <br /> for purposes of continuing an ongoing investigation. <br /> -submit to PHS/EHD, upon receipt of data of the groundwater <br /> gradient from Unocal' s report of additional monitoring well <br /> installation, a written justification for leaving MW4 and <br /> MW5 "as is.
