Determine the <br /> direction of the ground water gradient; 2 . Proceed diligently to <br /> locate monitoring wells 9 and 3; 3. Obtain city encroachment and <br /> building permits to install monitoring wells , 10 , 11 , and 12 in the <br /> sidewalk; 4 . Destroy wells 1 , 2 , and 8 pursuant to the San Joaquin <br /> - --— = County Code ; 5 . Together with Kaprealian to assist Stone Bros . in <br /> - the preparation of a justification statement if monitoring wells 4 <br /> and 5 cannot be located and properly destroyed or if it is <br /> economically unfeasible to destroy such wells; 6 . Contact <br /> Kleinfelder and request that they research their files to determine <br /> the location of the wells , particularly well #3 and once located, <br /> this well is to properly be capped or destroy. <br /> It would be greatly appreciated if you could advise me of the <br /> progress with respect to the above . <br /> Stone Bros. is ready and prepared to cooperate in the <br /> remediation program at this site . <br /> 1024 REST ROBIVIIOOD DRIVF.
