State Route 99 Frontage Rd, Stockton <br /> APN 122-030-08, SR0081859 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br /> Loading (SSNL) Study, dated March 2, 2020 for the above noted location, and has the following comments <br /> for your consideration. <br /> The SSNL Study was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment system (OWTS) usage and the potential impact of nitrate to groundwater for the proposed project <br /> development. The proposed development project includes: <br /> 1. Three-bedroom house with the OWTS usage of 200 gallons per day. <br /> Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings. <br /> 1. Percolation test conducted on 2-7-2019 result in percolation rate of 83.33 minutes per inch. Percolation <br /> rate of 60.00 minutes per inch or over require engineer design OWTS system. A registered <br /> professional engineer shall design OWTS and submit plans to EHD for approval prior to issuance of <br /> building permit pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d), provided <br /> proposed OWTS and 100% replacement area can meet all required minimum setbacks from any water <br /> wells. <br /> 2. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank (SR0019250), under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 3.
