Starting 15 September 2000,return to quarterly sampling And reporting 15 September 2000 <br /> for all existing wells (including RIW), added monitoring wells, and any <br /> replacement well(s)for RIW. The added monitoring wells may include <br /> `'sentry"wells placed between RIW and any alternate groundwater <br /> source. Required analytes are discussed in Order No. 14 below. <br /> 4. Submit a Supplemental Investigation Report to summarize existing 16 October 2000 <br /> hydrogeologic data from the Unocal and Wards sites towards the RIW. <br /> This report must include: <br /> a. Geologic cross-sections oriented north-south across both sites, and <br /> east-west from the Unocal and Wards sites towards the RIW, <br /> utilizing all existing boring and well fogs. <br /> b. An evaluation of the potential of the RIW for future use. <br /> 5. Submit a workplan to investigate the lateral and vertical extent of 16 October 2000 <br /> contamination from Unocal and Wards towards RIW. The workplan <br /> must outline a method for collecting continuous core data (e.g. cone <br /> penetrometer testing) and depth discrete sampling near RIW. <br /> 6. Submit a workplan to provide a permanent long-term irrigation water 6 November 2000 <br /> source that meets existing design capabilities of the impacted RIW. <br /> Site Specific Investigation and Cleanup Tasks for Unocal Site <br /> Compliance Date <br /> 7. Submit copies of all previously prepared Environmental Investigation 15 September 2000 <br /> Reports, including UST removal and excavation reports. <br /> S. Submit a contplece Ptoblcm Assessment Report (PAR) for the former 16 October 2000 <br /> Unocal site. The YAR, as described in Appendix A of the Tri-Regional <br /> Recommendations, must be acceptable to the Board staff, and include <br /> requirements for any discharge permit(s) required and a time line for <br /> submittal of Report(s) of Waste Discharge. <br /> 9. Within 15 days of Board staff approval of the PAR report, but no later 1 December 2000 <br /> than 1 December 2000, submit a Final Remediation Plan for the cleanup <br /> of soil and groundwater at the former Unocal site. <br />
