(EAI) represents Union Oil Company of California (Unocal) and <br /> Montgomery Ward, LLC (Wards) with regard to the draft Cleanup and Abatement Order <br /> (CAO) referenced above, and hereby requests that the California Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board, Central Valley Region (RWQCB) revise the CAO as follows: <br /> A. Remove Stone Brothers Management Company as a named Discharger. Unocal and Wards <br /> will complete the work outlined in the CAO. Stone Brothers Management Compa y only <br /> owns the land on which both sites are located. It is not responsible for causing any <br /> discharge. Further, the CAO could be amended, at a later date to include Stone Brothers <br /> Management Company, if necessary. <br /> B. Page 1, item 1, first sentence, last word"1995", change to"1985." <br /> C. Page 1, item 2, line 11, "MtBE has been identified at this site at a maximum concei tration <br /> of 2,400 micrograms per liter(ug/1)," add "in September 1997 by EPA Method 8020. ' <br /> D.
