Arbuckle, Dan Watts of the College and I met with Mike Clark of Clark <br /> Well to review the requirements for destruction of the well and the Work and Safety Plans <br /> that he is to submit. Based on our meeting, Mike now has a better feel for the information <br /> that must be included in the plans. <br /> Please find attached a set of construction specifications that establish the standard of <br /> construction that the College expects to be met during the performance of the work. This <br /> information needs to be sent to Mike Clark so that he can include it in his work plan. <br /> Please note that the Well Abandonment specifications were sent to you earlier this year. Also <br /> note that the specific locations for wire line charges in the well are now included in the <br /> specification. The Special Provisions, Work Plan, Security and Safety, and Clean Up Sections <br /> have been added to spell out the requirements that must be met to perform the work on the <br /> College Campus. <br /> Please have Clark Well submit the Work Plan, the Safety Plan, and Insurance Certificate to <br /> me as soon as possible.
