Based on this meeting, Clark Well will finalize its work plan for <br /> abandonment of the RIW and submit same for Delta College's review and approval. <br /> Approvals from regulatory agencies to abandon the RIW have already been obtained. <br /> Clark Well is working on its schedule and should be able to begin the RIW abandonment <br /> work on or about August 13, 2001. Following abandonment of the RIW, Clark Well will <br /> abandon the test boring drilled in November 2000. Based on my discussions with Larry and <br /> Mike, we believe that any College issues can be resolved rather quickly so that the <br /> abandonment work can begin on or about August 13, 2001. <br /> Upon Larry's return from vacation(August 15, 2001),he will begin to work on the new well <br /> location, which probably will be within the immediate vicinity of the RIW, i.e., plus or minus <br /> 25 feet. <br /> Please call me at ext. 224 if you have any questions. <br /> SA6:1232:M OWw4 <br />
