(EAI) letter to San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division (PIIS-EHD) for the above-referenced site titled <br /> "Werk Plan for Destruction of Irrigation Well," dated April 12, 2001 (the "Work Plan') <br /> Eased on our discussions of April 24, 2001, the PHS-EHD has denied our request to abandon <br /> the Robinhood Irrigation Well (RIW)usin.g the method outlined in the Work Plan.
