a 0 0 <br /> Mike: <br /> ENSR's work plan entitled Work Plan for Replacement of Decommissioned Monitoring <br /> Well 15 (August 30, 2007) was conditionally approved by the Central Valley Water Board <br /> (CVWB) in a letter dated October 4, 2007 by Mr. Jim Barton. As requested by the CVWB, <br /> additional information will be provided in an addendum to the work plan, which will be <br /> submitted by tomorrow. ENSR is anticipating the CVWB's written approval of the addendum <br /> and is preparing for well installation activities. <br /> I wanted to notify you that ENSR has scheduled Woodward Drilling for Wednesday, <br /> October 31, 2007 to install MW-15R for the former Unocal/Wards site in Stockton. The well <br /> permit application will be forthcoming. The ENSR geologist and point of contact for the <br /> drilling activities is Eric Siegel; Eric can be reached at (916) 288-4429 or <br /> esiegel@ensr.aecom.com.
