In our workplan addendum, we had recommended that the well have its <br /> contents drilled out entirely due to some low levels of residual groundwater contamination. In the time <br /> since the installation of the well in 1995, a decorative stone wall/sign was installed directly adjacent to <br /> the well (see the attached pictures). I have discussed the location of this well with the operator of my <br /> drilling company's limited access drilling rig and we both agree that there is no way to safely set up and <br /> operate a drilling rig at this location.As an alternative, we are willing to pressure grout the well holding <br /> Portland cement under 25 psi for 10 minutes. Following that we will install a mushroom cap as explained <br /> in our workplan addendum with the sole exception being that we will over excavate this well to 5 feet <br /> instead of 3 feet.
