Later, if Jim Barton calls, I'll be
able to say I've seen it and all is going good.
try my desk phone first. (209) 468-3454.
if no answer, do NOT leave a message, but call my cell, (209) 815-8329. allow
about 30 minutes from time you call me, to me being onsite.
From: Johnston, Jennifer [mailto:Jennifer.Johnston@aecom.com]
Sent: Tuesday, May 04, 2010 12:54 PM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: RE: Vapor Well Installation 5400-5606 Pacific Ave., Stockton, San Joaquin Co.
For SV-1, at the time of the work plan preparation, I wasn't sure if we were going to need an encroachment
permit to access SV-1. The well is on private property, and we have now determined that we can access it
from behind the bank building, so we don't need an encroachment permit.
For these wells, I don't know how long"a while" might be to you, but could be up to a year, depending on
the data. At a minimum, we plan to sample these wells now and again in the fall. I would prefer to address
well abandonment methodology at the time of the destruction permit, if that is alright. If all goes well this
year, I am hoping we can start closing all the wells associated with this site soon. If that is the case, we
would submit applications to destroy multiple wells at a time with an uniform approach specified for each
W--11 on the parcel.
Jennifer Johnston, PE
Senior Project Manager
Environment
D 916.361.6415 (internal extension 264.6415)
jennifer.johnston@aecom.com
From: Mike Infurna [EH] [mailto:MInfurna@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Tuesday, May 04, 2010 11:45 AM
To: Johnston, Jennifer
Subject: RE: Vapor Well Installation 5400-5606 Pacific Ave., Stockton, San Joaquin Co.
I got a chance today to work on the plan.
looks ok, mostly.
I couldn't find abandonment procedures. did I just miss them, or are they NOT
in the plan? They are really NOT required now since the wells will be cement
5/5/2010
