We are very pleased to announce that installation of <br /> the upgraded soil vapor treatment system was completed on July 30,2008. <br /> With your cooperation,we successfully installed the soil vapor extraction system for treatment of <br /> gasoline compounds beneath the ground surface within the timeframe specified by the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB). The new system should operate more efficiently. <br /> Going forward,there will be technician at the treatment system on a weekly basis,primarily for operation <br /> and maintenance purposes only. The monitoring results will be reported to the CVRWQCB on a <br /> quarterly basis. <br /> Thank you for your understanding during the construction. We realize the work necessitated some <br /> temporary changes.
